As Managing Director, Luigi put his heart and soul in the company, in order to make one of the best Italian sofas in the industry. With over 45 year’s experience in the furniture industry, Luigi is always enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His passion and relentless drive as well as personal contact and a ready ear has ensured the idea that Brianform sofas are not just pieces of furniture but a complement of the costumer’s personality who choose Brianform sofas. Luigi manages the company in all its aspects, including the Production Team, which he transmits his passion to, and the suppliers chain.


Group General Manager

As a Group General Manager, Giorgio is in charge of driving the company’s strategic and corporate initiative globally. With more than 20 years of successful track record at building high-performance teams and leading sophisticated manufacturing and service organizations, Giorgio is a strategic visionary with a clear sense of purpose and urgency when faced with diverse situational challenges. Prior to joining Brianform, Giorgio was a CEO and Senior Management of the companies managing the Luxury Yachts and Corporate Business Jets, where he continuously and successfully executed full strategic plan and P&L management for the operations with more than $300 million. Giorgio is also specializes in restructuring of the brands through the definitions of the Corporate, and restructuring of the product line through the introduction of the Product Concept, the Product Classification and its relative placement. His expertises are in Strategic Business Partnerships, Market & Sales Planning, Penetration & Expansion. He is skilled in establishing a “performance” culture, ensuring a qualified communication and coordination of administrative divisions, production and trade. He is responsible in managing the company in all its operational aspects. Giorgio has earned his Electronic Engineering Degree from La Sapienza University/ Suffield University, Italy/USA,  Master in Marketing & Communications from Harvard University, Boston  U.S.A. and the Master  on “Sales and Marketing for Large Sales” from IMPAC University, Florida, U.S.A.


Vice President of Sales

Douglas has been with Brianform since November 2012. As a Vice President of Sales with a proven track record, Douglas is experienced in strategic management, sales & marketing, sales negotiations, account management, customer retention, new business development, project management, and product development/launch. Prior to joining Brianform, he previously held senior International roles in Germany, UK, Switzerland and North America. He has a Bachelors Degree (BA Honours) in Mathematics, Management and Sport Science from University of Leicester and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from Loughborough University, UK.


Italy Commercial Director

As Italy Commercial Director with 25 years of experience, Burchielli has kept a track record of effective performance and commitment as well as being able to deliver business value to the sales operations and customers. Burchielli also has vast experience in sales strategic planning, daily sales operations and excellent knowledge of the sales field. During his career, he has organized successful sales teams, marketing campaigns, negotiating contracts. He accomplished goals by nurturing partnerships with customers.


Chief of training team

As a General Manager-South Asia Operations, Gorpin is in charge of managing the Business Development and Customer Service Training Program for the Asia region. She also takes on the responsibility as the Chief of Training Team Worldwide. After successfully proven her ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield profitable outcomes for many multinational organizations in the past 20 years, Gorpin has joined Brianform with a wealth of experience in training and development. She supports the Sales Team improving their management & sales skills and increasing productivity. She’s the driving force behind the successful Sales Team, effectively manage a one-to-one relationship with the team and the clients too.
